Inviting all women to join a breath, meditation, and movement practice to deeply connect you with your body and drop into a space where all is welcomed. Ignite pleasure from deep within and free your stuck energies shaking your body to the vibrant music, then find your way to pure joy and peace as we slowly move into a state of meditation and stillness.
Come and discover 1.5 hours of breath, meditation and vibrant movement practice that will light a fire in your belly and have you exuding joy for days.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water and your curious spirit.
