Auspicious greetings,

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to the Nan Tien Wellness Day. To ensure your day is relaxing and successful please note:

When you arrive, please make your way to the Information Centre on Level 2 and present your E-tickets which will have already been sent to you by email (please check your junk folder if not in your Inbox). Please make sure that you arrive at least 20min before your FIRST workshop to ensure a smooth registration process.

Our FREE workshops are very popular and heavily booked. People who have reserved their place are asked to kindly arrive 20 minutes before the workshop starts. Since there will be many others on site who will be eager to participate, we will permit this if the reserved place is left unfilled. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Lunch booking in Dining Hall: present your E ticket at the Information Centre on Level 2 (the 3rd floor) to collect your lunch voucher.
Tai Chi and Meditation: please wear seasonal clothing, comfortable covered walking shoes and socks. Noble silence is observed during the classes - mobile phones off or on silence please.
