Nature Journaling: Finding Clarity Through Nature-Inspired Reflection
Description
Feeling stuck on a challenge at work or in your studies? This nature journaling session offers a gentle, hands-on way to step back, observe, and see it from a new angle.
You'll be guided through each step by facilitator Kumkum Dubey (Ecologist and Environmental Educator, founder of EnvironmentallyAbled), so there's no need to know where to start.

Using a plant as your inspiration, you'll slow down and look closely, then use what you notice as a lens for reflection. No drawing experience needed. This session is about self-reflection, not artistic skill; your insights matter more than how the sketch looks.
Across the hour, we'll:
🌱Settle in with a short belly breathing exercise to help you focus
🌱Choose a challenge or problem you'd like insight on
🌱Observe and sketch
🌱Reflect on how what you noticed connects back to your challenge
🌱Walk away with one key insight and a small next step
What's provided
All materials are provided by EnvironmentallyAbled, including drawing paper, pens, pencils and colours. The session is guided throughout, so bring yourself; there's nothing you need to organise beforehand. That said, you're welcome to bring your own journal or materials if you'd prefer to use them.

Who this is for
Anyone navigating a work or study challenge who'd like a calmer, more reflective way to think it through, as well as anyone drawn to mindfulness, journaling or slow, reflective practices. No prior journaling or drawing experience required.
