Target Group - Years 3 - Years 6 ( exceptions can be made )- Sports Conditioning & Sporty Fun

A pioneering skills based program designed to assist in sports performance, in a positively charged sporty environment.

Children are put through a variety of acceleration, speed, agility, change of direction and endurance movement drills n' skills that improve fitness, sports performance and confidence.

We are pleased to deliver this program to Nedlands PS for 6 weeks in term 2 to extend and challenge children in a fun and unique way as only Coach DeanO can do.

FIRST BLOCK:

30th APRIL, 7th MAY & 14th MAY ( 3 weeks )

BREAK

21st MAY and 28th MAY ( 2 weeks )

SECOND BLOCK:

4th, 11th & 18th JUNE ( 3 weeks )

COST:

$110 for 6 weeks ( + gst & booking fee. )

TIME:

7.30am - 8.30am
