There is plenty of parking at the IGA & Tavern carpark. Toilets are also located next to IGA.

the doors will be open at 4:50pm with the session starting at 5:00- 6:30pm

You'll see a blue "the light house" sign out the front of the space.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket

• Bolster or pillow

• Water bottle

• Comfortable clothing

• lip balm (for mouth breathing)

• Eyemask (optional)

What to expect:

Experience self care like no other in conscious connected Breathwork - Process past experiences, shift old nervous system patterns, lift heavily stored emotions and unresolved trauma in your body, connect deeply with yourself and create mental capacity to move through life

In session i will use a combination of conscious connected breathwork, nerve flossing, body facilitation (touch) and facilitated breath re-patterning to support results.

This session allows your body to process at a deep level, bypassing the conscious mind, and tuning in directly with the nervous system.

Important Safety Information:

This style of breathwork is not suitable for individuals with a history of:

    •    Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, dissociative identity disorder

    •    Epilepsy, heart conditions, detached retina

    •    This practice is not suitable for pregnant women

All participants must be 18+. Waivers are signed prior to class.
