This workshop, created by Claire Bradshaw, holistic coach and yoga teacher and Alison Lasek, astrologer and communicator, will align you to the energy of the season and equip you to realise your dreams.

The new moon can be experienced as a blank canvas to think about your life in fresh ways.

We’ll be using movement, journaling and intention setting to help you make the most of each new moon and the following 28-day cycle.

You’ll be gaining new tools that can be brought into your day to day, to transform your awareness and achieve major transformation.

About your guides:

Claire firmly believes that the world needs more of us to reclaim our authentic power, purpose and passion. This is the starting point for her coaching practice, where she draws on many years as a yoga teacher and combines this with modern coaching methods, to help clients get out of their own way and bring their gifts to the world. After suffering burnout, Claire knows how powerful the mind/body/spirit connection is in bringing us back to centre, and she passionately shares these learnings with others through her soul-led business.

Alison’s interest in Astrology became an obsession over the Melbourne lockdown period. Her feelings of disconnection evaporated as she delved deeper into the ancient wisdom illuminating just how connected we are to greater cosmic energies. She has since studied with Alice Bell of British Vogue and Maxine Luiza of Maxine Luiza Astrology. As well as hosting workshops, Alison offers 1:1 readings that unlock radical self-acceptance and shine a light on areas for growth and opportunity. She is an Aquarius with Virgo rising and her moon is in Cancer.
