Join us for a deeply nourishing New Moon Circle designed to help you reset, realign, and call in fresh intentions.

Under the energy of the new moon—symbol of new beginnings—we’ll move through a gentle, grounding journey that blends mindful journaling, soothing soundscape meditation, and restorative Yin yoga.

You’ll be guided to reflect on what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to invite in, using journaling prompts that open the heart and quiet the mind.

This circle is an invitation to pause, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and plant soulful intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.

A space to breathe deeply, soften fully, and begin again—supported, centred, and renewed.

What you need to bring:

Water bottle, preferably not plastic
Yoga Mat + props if you need them
Pillow for comfort when lying down
Blanket to wrap up for the soundscape
Journal + pen to manifest
