In this fun, hands-on workshop, kids aged 6-12 explore how their brain creates feelings—not through dull lectures, but by designing and building their own unique "Brain House" using loose parts, clay, and printing.

They will discover practical strategies to use their "thinking brain" effectively when powerful emotions try to take control. This process fosters crucial emotional intelligence and resilience, unlocking the power of your child's brain to manage their feelings. All materials are provided!

Note: if your child is 5 and a half and is able to work independently with minimal supervision they are welcome to attend.

Want to book a full day? If you sign your child up for both a morning and afternoon workshop on the same day, we'll supervise them during the lunch break, providing a full day of creative fun. between classes at no extra charge. Simply book both a morning and afternoon session, pack their lunch, and we'll take care of the rest!

Please note, The Maker Space is a secure tenancy in Floreat Forum. Doors will be secured and children will be supervised at all times. Children will be escorted to a toilet by our staff with access to an ambulant toilet (one person access at a time) which our staff will wait on the outside of the door
