YIN & RESTORATIVE YOGA

Yin and Restorative yoga are similar in that poses are done close to the ground, slow and mindfully, relaxing the muscles to release and heal.

Yin poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes, Restorative Yoga holds poses for 5 to 20 minutes. We are able to develop awareness of how the tissues adapt to a shape, also how the mind adapts. Restorative uses time to help you really drop in and relax deeply. We'll be experiencing both starting with Yin and finishing with Restorative.

We'll be using bolsters and props to help cradle and support the body, this helps find your edge while bringing in softness, we'll be making beautiful shapes with your beautiful body to invite in space and release tension and tightness. If a shape does not work for you we have plenty of alternative options.

WIM HOF METHOD BREATHING

The Wim Hof Method (WHM) is a scientifically validated approach that combines breathing techniques, gradual cold exposure, and a strong mindset to enhance physical and mental well-being. We'll be experiencing the breathing in a mini basic gentle session.
