Freshly hired by Greyvale City Council, Isabella is thrown headfirst into Greyvale's controversial new off-leash dog park project. What begins as a straightforward community consultation quickly spirals into chaos as dog owners, disgruntled residents, passionate activists and political agendas collide.

Packed with original songs, outrageous characters and razor-sharp satire, Off-Leash takes a hilarious look at local government, public consultation and the strange things that happen when everyone believes they're right. As tensions rise and the community descends into a barking frenzy, Isabella must somehow navigate the madness and survive her first council project.

Think Priscilla Queen of the Desert meets Utopia, with wagging tails, public meetings and plenty of bite.
