We're excited to extend an invitation to your organisation to join us as an agency and take part in Lotteries House Biggest Morning Tea 2025 at Lotteries House on North Road . This year, we're proud to partner with various local organisations to make this event the biggest yet. Our aim is to create a vibrant and inclusive gathering where local agencies can come together to promote their services, connect with the community, and raise funds for a good cause simultaneously. Last year was amazing and we would love for you to join us again, or as a new addition to the Lotteries House Biggest Morning Tea Team.

Date: Friday 27th June, 2025

Time: 10:30 am - 2:00 pm

Bump In: 9:30am no later than 10:00am

Bump Out: 2:00pm

Location: Lotteries House, North Road

Cost: $20.00 per organisation - x3 organisation members/volunteers. TO BE PAID ON THE DAY.

We would love for your organisation to participate by setting up a trestle table/stand at the event. For a nominal fee of $20 you can secure your space and contribute to our collective efforts to make this event a success. All proceeds from the trestle table/stand fees will be donated towards Cancer Council WA.Here's what you can expect at the event:

Tea, coffee, and a delightful morning tea will be provided to all local organisation, businesses, and members of the public ($10 entrance fee for anyone outside wishing to come along)
A communal space will be created in our beautiful courtyard, where agencies can showcase their services and engage with attendees.
Each agency is encouraged to bring a plate (or three!) to contribute to the communal morning tea.
A raffle will also be organised, providing an additional fundraising opportunity.

We believe that this event presents a fantastic opportunity for agencies to network, promote their services, and support a meaningful cause within the community. It's a chance to come together, enjoy some delicious treats, and make a positive impact collectively.Please confirm your organisation's participation by Friday 30th May 2025.
