As we gather in the energy of the October Full Moon, you’re invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of stillness, connection and deep rest.

We’ll begin the evening with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, creating a moment to pause, turn inward and set an intention for the evening ahead.

From there, you’ll be guided through gentle reflection and stillness before settling into a deeply restorative sound healing journey.
Allow the vibrations of crystal and alchemy singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments to wash over you as you rest, breathe and simply be.

The Full Moon offers a beautiful opportunity to reflect on where you are, acknowledge what you’re ready to release, and make space for what feels good to carry forward.
