Rawinia Mackey will be your guide, a fully certified Ox Gen Breath Movement facilitator, Sound therapist and Angelic reiki practitioner that intertwines with the Breath experience. A mother of 4, lover of music, joy and authentic connection. Rawinia has been in the fitness world for 15 years , she has semi retired from the group fitness classes teaching Les Mills Body pump, Step and Balance, but also did variety of other classes yoga, boxing, etc... Her passion is to help people realise how amazing and magical they are.
