PHOTOGRAPHIC STORYTELLING WORKSHOP
Event description
Katrina leads a one day workshop where she will demonstrate her approach to narrative photography and her techniques for uncovering unique and meaningful stories. Through resources, discussion and practical methods, participants will engage with the act of photographic storytelling, gaining insight into the power of personal stories and using these to evolve their own practice. Over the course of the workshop students will have the opportunity to initiate a body of work or expand on an existing body of work and be given feedback. Students will also be encouraged to talk about their work to the class, cultivating presentation skills in a safe and supportive environment.
