Plant a Verge Garden: Why/How? (Focus in Native Plants)

Planting a verge with low growing native plants can help address the urban heat sink affect caused by losing tree canopy and installing hard stand roads, concrete and paving. Attendees will find out what they can do to change their verge into a thriving and beautiful site that helps cools down neighborhoods and attracts a bounty of diverse life.
