Printmaking for kid’s school holiday program
Wednesday 11th October in the art room &Thursday 12th October the old school room
time: 10:00-11:30am (younger kids) and 1:00- 2:30pm (older kids)

Cost $40 per session additional booking fee
Ages 6 - 14
Printmaking for kids is a fun and creative art based activity, it gives kids a chance to explore different textures, colours and patterns. They will learn and develop their own visual language, artistic interpretation, and problem solving skills. Kids of all ages will be engaged with this workshop.

Meet the Artist
Abbey Jane Green is an up-and-coming multi-disciplined artist focusing on printmaking and time-based media. living currently in Tasmania’s/ Lutruwita south.
Before her journey into formal arts training Abbey previously worked in conservation and land management and for The Tasmanian National Parks. she continues her passion for the environment with many of her works inspired by nature and uses upcycled materials to create her printing plates, jewellery, and sculptures.
Abbey has studied visual arts/printmaking, multimedia and drawing through the Tasmanian TAFE and with the university of Tasmania. As well as a practicing artist, she works for MONA and Plimsoll as a gallery attendant.
