Spend a creative day exploring the playful and inventive world of Australian artist Eric Thake. Inspired by works on display in Eric Thake—Do You See What I See?, this hands-on workshop is led by artist Nina Grant.

Working with shadows, silhouettes, visual puzzles and humour, you'll experiment with creative exercises designed to spark ideas before learning the basics of lino carving and hand-printing. Whether you're drawing on your own observations or taking inspiration from Thake's remarkable prints, you'll create a unique artwork to take home.

Suitable for beginners and experienced makers alike, this welcoming workshop is an opportunity to slow down, get creative, and discover how ordinary subjects can become surprising and memorable images.
