Our practice is designed to gently guide your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and calmness, without the intensity of a breath workout, rather a gentle paced circular breath.
It's a soothing practice aimed at regulating the nervous system, allowing your body to feel safe, at ease and support.

If you find yourself with disrupted or restless sleep, this Breathflow evening might be just what you need. Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and medicine drum infuse you with a loving, heartfelt vibration, guiding you into a restful night's sleep.
As you surrender to the rhythm of your breath and the soothing soundscape, allow stress and tension to wash away, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Led by John, our practice focuses on harnessing the power of breath and sound to quiet the mind, release stress, and foster restfulness. Let go of the day's busyness and worries and embrace the present moment as you sink into a state of blissful relaxation.
