Process Mapping - Columbia 1/27/2025
Event description
Agency teams will work to build a task analysis and process map to set expectations, ensure consistency, and improve efficiency for internal practices. This interactive workshop will prepare participants to implement the process and procedure built during the workshop and identify other internal processes that can benefit from a Process Map.
To prepare for the workshop, participants should:
1. Register along with a partner or agency implementation, including multiple team members in the Process Mapping development will increase the accuracy of the tasks outlined
2. Complete the 15-minute Process Mapping 101 training available in the MODD Relias Content Portal
3. Identify potential internal process or procedures to further develop during the workshop.
