Ecstatic dance is an invitation to embody your truth, moment to moment, on a musical journey. You are welcome as you are! In all your physical and emotional states! Dance it out! Make space for life in your body and mind! Allow the musical flow to work its magic with you!
Doors open 7:30pm, opening circle to drop in together 7:45pm, dance starts at 8pm
Our intention is to create dance portals where intimacy, presence and stillness exist alongside raw emotion, release and wild celebration!! A natural unfolding individual expression and collective connection.
Our events are alcohol free and we ask that you respect the space along with others in your expression.
