We are passionate about empowering the girls of Sydney to learn how to love themselves a little more. With social media use and bullying at an all time high, we feel called to provide a safe space for girls to talk about what's going on for them, raise awareness around bullying and teach them some self love practices.

In this session, we will focus on instilling a positive self image, and ways to tap into their heart space to live with a little more love and compassion - for themselves and for those around them.

These girls are the Queens Of Tomorrow, and we want to make sure they are set up for an empowered, amazing life ahead so they can be the inspiration for the next generation.

The session will include:

- Conversations around social media, how to recognise bullying and what it looks like to have caring, compassionate relationships

- Movement

- POW WOW - creating a safe circle to talk about bullying experiences

- How to show up as an empowered queen in this world - lifting fellow sisters up rather than tearing them down

- Sound Healing, Grounding Practices and Breathwork

We would be honoured to have your girls with us for this afternoon of love, light and expansion. Jourdi, now a Yoga Teacher and Empowerment Coach, used to be a youth worker and step mom. Melissa, a Medicine Woman and Frequency Healer, is a mother to teenagers and has been in the healing space for decades. With their combined areas of experience and expertise, we feel they are the perfect combo to make a difference in these girls' lives. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
