Join Lanie & Belinda at The Nook in Balaclava for an afternoon of profound relaxation and connection, set in the serene and welcoming environment of The Nook, located on the lands of the Bunurong and Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation.

Lanie will expertly guide you through a series of calming yin postures, while Belinda offers personalized massage, thoughtfully tailored to your consent, in a tranquil, nurturing space with an amazing soundtrack. Enjoy the healing benefits of Reiki, gentle trauma-informed yoga accessible to all bodies, and soothing meditation.

Massage and Reiki offer powerful, transformative experiences that nurture both body and mind, providing a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Through the artful touch of massage, tension is released, muscles are soothed, and the body is gently restored to a state of balance. Reiki, with its healing energy, works on a subtle yet profound level, realigning the body’s energy flow, clearing blockages, and fostering emotional and physical well-being. Together, these practices create a harmonious synergy that nurtures the spirit, replenishes vitality, and brings a sense of inner calm and equilibrium.

All activities are optional. Come as you are, and restore from within.
