A nonstop, easy-to-follow, fully led primal movement journey inspired by, celebrating and honouring Black music, Influences, and Artists, INbodied through drums, afrosoul, hip-hop, reggae and urban nostalgia, and more
A journey of roots, remembrance and reclamation, designed to ground, revive, and feel joy in the body.
This longer journey moves from dynamic primal movement into a deeply grounding sound bath, held by me. From time to time, we’ll also welcome special guests who bring their own music, movement, rhythm or magic to the experience.

Abby Wake is an INbodiment specialist, master facilitator, and Body Oracle. She has dedicated her life to creating brave spaces for women to express themselves, reconnect with their bodies and remember who they are. Her work is for women ready to bring more joy, connection and presence into their lives, with a focus on movement, embodiment and integration. A recipient of a Cultural Award and other industry awards, Abby has worked extensively across television and film, including alongside artists such as Kelly Rowland and Kelly Clarkson. Today, she brings her raw, powerful and deeply embodied movement work to women around the world.
