RAWR: BLACKSTATIC DANCE-COOLUM-WOMEN ONLY
Description
RAWR-BLACKSTATIC DANCE JOURNEY-Ecstatic dance reimagined
YES. Women of all backgrounds, cultures and skin tones are welcome.
A nonstop, easy-to-follow, fully led primal movement journey inspired by, celebrating and honouring Black music, Influences, and Arists. INbodied through drums, afrosoul, hip-hop, reggae and urban nostalgia.
A journey of roots, remembrance and reclamation, designed to ground, revive, and feel joy in the body.
This longer journey moves from high-energy, primal movement into a deeply grounding sound bath, held by me. From time to time, we’ll also welcome special guests who bring their own music, movement, rhythm or magic to the experience.
RAWR.
