Reconnect Regulate Reset
June 14th | 3:00pm – 5:30pm

A guided, experiential workshop designed to support you in reconnecting with your body and resetting your nervous system. An opportunity to explore how your nervous system shapes your daily life, your emotional responses, and your sense of connection — both within yourself and with others.

Through a blend of gentle education and somatic practices, you will:

Learn how your nervous system works and how it influences your behaviours, thoughts, and patterns
Re-establish a deeper connection with your body and inner awareness
Release stored tension and access a state of calm and regulation
Create space to feel emotions you may not have had the opportunity to fully process
Be guided systematically down the body to release tension with breath, movement & body work.
Using the crystal sound bowls and other instruments you will be guided to integrate and into a deep meditative state

This session combines breath, movement, sound, and touch to guide you toward greater embodiment, emotional clarity, and nervous system balance.

No prior experience is necessary — just a willingness to explore and feel.
Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected.
