Empowering you to reconnect with your Mind, Body and Heart.

Weaving Somatic embodiment, Yin yoga, Cacao, breathwork and deep inquiry.

Do you feel a disconnect somewhere in your reality? a sense of fogginess or overwhelm? 

Come and join us, take the opportunity too slow down the mind through the practises of breathwork, arrive into the presence of the body through yin yoga, explore and acknowledge what is truly blocking you from living in your power. 

With the support of Cacao to navigate each journey.

Gently and softly allowing you to open the heart and the third eye, to be able to see and feel from a vaster perspective. 

As we remember the truth of our being and the feeling potential of what it is to be here in this human experience. 

Three part course: 

Week 1 - Tuesday 19th MARCH 6.30pm-8.30pm: Reconnecting to your MIND.

Week 2 - Tuesday 26th MARCH 6.30pm-8.30pm: Reconnecting to your BODY.

Week 3 - Tuesday 2nd April 6.30pm-8.30pm: Reconnecting to your HEART.

Easy session offers two hours to inquire, observe and reconnect through Somatic embodiment, Yin yoga, Cacao and breathwork. 

Y I N  Y O G A 

Yin yoga offers us slow lengthening of myofascial space within the body. 

This gentle meditative practice explores longer holds, soft somatic movement. 

An opportunity to slow down and tune in, as the heart calls for resting, know the body will receive the stretches and releases its been longing for. Leaving you reconnected.
