HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR JOURNEY:

Arrive 10 minutes prior to start time as the door is locked 10 minutes after we open for privacy and safety.
No experience needed and come with no expectations!
Arrive with an open heart & mind to breathe, receive and heal...
Wear comfortable clothing and wear warm layers including socks
Bring your yoga mat, blanket 's & water
Optional:
Bring your journal and pen, pillow, eye mask and anything that will make you comfortable
Refrain from eating 2 hours beforehand and come hydrated
