Join the GCSN Redzone Recovery Minecraft Education Challenge!

Who: Students in Years 4 to 8, working together in teams of 4

What: A collaborative Minecraft build event to reimagine Christchurch’s red zoned areas

When: Tuesday 10th June, Two Sessions: 

  • 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM  

Where: Kahikitea Room, Rārākau: Riccarton Centre

Dive into a world of creativity and innovation with the Redzone Recovery Minecraft Education Build Challenge! This event offers students a chance to explore environmental recovery initiatives and contribute their own vision for the untouched red zones.

Teams will enjoy a 40-minute building session, divided into two 20-minute halves, using gaming PCs, keyboards, and mice. It’s a perfect blend of fun and learning, wrapped in a collaborative spirit.
