Join us for a 3-hour soul nourishing workshop designed to help you mindfully explore the year so far, acknowledging your highs, embracing the lessons, and gently releasing what no longer serves you. As we reach the halfway point of 2025, this is your moment to pause, realign, and reset. Through a blend of mindset mapping, journaling, and guided intention setting, you’ll gain clarity on your growth and consciously choose how you want to move forward.

Together we’ll explore:
🌿 A guided reflection to honour the first half of 2025
🖊️ Journaling tools & prompts to support emotional release self awareness and renewal
🧠 Mindset exercises to create clarity and direction for the months ahead
🌬️ A deeply restorative meditation and sound healing session with guest facilitator Jessie Bush (so lucky to have Jessie on this workshop woho)

Whether you’re attending solo or with a friend this is a warm welcoming space to connect inwardly and outwardly. Come exactly as you are and gift yourself a morning of reflection intention and transformation

What to Bring

• A journal & pen

• Water bottle

• Wear super comfy clothes (think: soft, stretchy, snuggly) We will be sitting on yoga mats with bolsters so it's important you are comfortable

• Yoga mats and bolsters are provided
