REFRESH & RENEW. An afternoon just for YOU

Join fellow volunteers for a nurturing afternoon exploring enriching self-care and wellbeing techniques to incorporate into your everyday life.

Unlock the power of your innate character strengths for everyday happiness; enjoy a gentle introduction to breathing, relaxation and mindfulness practices to bring more balance and positivity into your life. Connect with other volunteers and leave feeling nurtured, uplifted and inspired.

A brief pre-work survey will be required to be completed prior the event.
