Usui Reiki is a popular method of natural healing rediscovered by Mikau Usui a 100 years ago, using the flow of the Universal Life Force to heal and rebalance one's self. Everyone is capable of learning how to interact with these healing frequencies, and Reiki is a useful tool to have all throughout your life - you never know when you'll need it!
At the end of Reiki Level One you will be capable doing a self reiki session, one to one reiki sessions for family and friends.You will receive in person the Usui Reiki Level One Attunement, start a 21 day spiritual cleanse, learn the history of Reiki, basic anatomy, basic chakra systems, understand frequencies of language and emotional states, and how to apply Reiki to your daily life.There are many practice sessions including giving Reiki on a massage table, and on a chair.
We explore reiki for humans, animals and plants.
This course meets and exceeds all standards as set out by Reiki NZ Inc.Level One Reiki course is 12 hours tuition spread out over two days, with 21 days apart to allow for a 21 spiritual cleanse to happen with ongoing support.
Investment of $420 includes 12+ hours tuition, comprehensive manual, certificate, light healthy meal, and private Facebook group for support. Max 6 people per class. Home study and self reiki practice is expected during the course.
