Release and Restore is an immersive guided journey combining breathwork, meditation, energy + sound healing to help you release built-up tension, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling clearer, calmer and restored.

In modern life we rarely give ourselves the space to stop and process what we’re carrying.

Over time this can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in our own heads.

This experience offers a space to pause, breathe deeply, release what needs to move, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and presence.

Through the combined power of Breath, Sound and Energy, Elana will create a powerful space that allows the body and mind to open, process and integrate.

This is not about me “healing” you, this is helping you "heal" yourself.

Instead, I facilitate the environment and the experience that allows your own nervous system and inner intelligence to do the work.

This immersive session weaves together several powerful practices that support deep emotional release, nervous system reset and personal connection.

Breathwork

A guided activating breath technique that helps shift the nervous system, move energy through the body, and release stored tension or emotional buildup.

Meditation

Grounding moments throughout the session to help centre the body and mind and allow the experience to unfold safely and gently.

Energy Healing

I am Intuitive Healing Reiki Master. Using a coloured card system you get to choose if you would like to receive Energy Healing:- hands on; hands off or not at all.

Sound Healing

Immersive sound instruments and frequencies that support deep relaxation, emotional integration and inner reflection.

Together, these practices create a powerful journey that moves beyond traditional meditation or breathwork sessions.
