At "Rest & Restore," we have crafted a unique sound bath experience to help ease your mind and heart into a deeply relaxed state. Our sound baths embrace the foundations of music—using notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration—to create a soothing and serenading meditative journey.

Through our sound baths, you can gain greater inner clarity and awareness while connecting with your emotional body, understanding the messages it holds. Whether you are new to sound baths or an experienced meditator, our sessions offer profound experiences for all. All you need to do is lay back, relax, and receive.

Your Facilitator:

Kyle Lam, with over a decade's worth of musical experience and expertise in facilitating healing ceremonies throughout Southern California, is known for curating powerful healing experiences for the community.

Investment:

The cost for this blissful experience is $40 per person, we also have a $70 for two tickets special available!

- For those seeking to deepen their sound bath journey, you can choose to add CBD to your experience for an additional $10.

- Enhance your sound bath experience by renting a blanket or two for additional warmth and comfort. Each blanket is cleaned and disinfected before our events and are convenient for those who wish to come to the sound bath without having the worry of bringing their own set up. We advise renting at least two blankets per person with the addition of a third if you need one to elevate your head.

To maximize your comfort during the sound bath, kindly bring the following items:

Yoga Mat
Blanket
Pillow
Eye Covering (to enhance the theta experience)
Cushion to prop up your legs
Water
Wear comfortable and loose clothing
