We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming "Finding Balance Sound Bath Experience," an enriching and unique self-care modality designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Event Details:

Date: Thursday, July 11th
Time: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Location: Horchateria RL Art Studio: 15950 Paramount Blvd., Paramount, CA

Our session will include:

Affirmation Cards: Start with positive affirmations to set the tone for your self-care journey.
Intention Setting: Establish a personal intention to guide your experience.
Guided Meditation: Ease into a state of relaxation with a soothing guided meditation focused on finding balance.
Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and a variety of other instruments.
Reflection & Closing: Conclude with a reflective session to internalize your experience, feel free to bring a journal & pen.

The event is free, we suggest a donation of $15 - $25 per person to support our efforts in bringing enriching and unique self-care modalities to our community. Your contribution will help us continue to offer these valuable sessions to everyone. Donations can be made the day of the session.

Each participant will receive a crystal stone: amethyst.

Amethyst is a stone that is said to have many healing properties, including balancing energy and emotions. Some believe that amethyst can help people achieve inner harmony and peace by calming the mind and reducing stress and tension. It is also said to have a balancing effect on the endocrine system, which can help with hormonal balance.

There is plenty of free parking on site.

Session will begin promptly at 7pm to honor everyone's time, doors open at 6:30pm, arrive early to settle in.

Angela embarked on her sound healing journey with a deep-rooted passion for holistic wellness and a profound belief in the power of sound to heal and restore balance. Inspired by her own transformative experiences with sound therapy, Angela set out to share this ancient healing modality with others, hoping to make a positive impact on their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Angela’s sound healing sessions introduce the benefits of meditation, sound baths, and mindlfulness via a variety of avenues; private and group sessions, corporate events/meetings, wellness events/expos, and virtual sessions.

Her goal is to provide a relaxing experience with a focus on overall wellness. Each session is unique with a mission to help participants relax, let go of stress, and focus on self-care. Using a variety of instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, koshi chimes, and ocean drums, participants are immersed in a concert for the mind. In this day in age of constant connectivity, social media, and high stress, sound baths provide a dedicated time and space to disconnect and help ground you to a state of relaxation like no other.

Word-of-mouth referrals and positive testimonials from satisfied participants propelled her forward, allowing her to expand her offerings and reach a wider audience.
