Join Rose, an experienced yoga teacher and sound healer, for an afternoon dedicated to deep relaxation and renewal through restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing.
We begin with gentle breathwork and meditation, setting the tone for inner calm and mindfulness. This flows into a restorative yoga practice focused on connecting with your soul. In this practice, we slow down, allowing ourselves to rest deeply in supported postures and long holds, creating space for our true nature to shine. These moments of stillness invite inner peace and a profound connection to your authentic self.
As we move into savasana, our final resting pose, the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls will wash over you, providing a deeply soothing and transformative experience.
We complete the afternoon with light refreshments to ground and nourish, leaving you feeling restored, renewed, and aligned.
Who Is This Session For?
This session is ideal for anyone seeking complete release and relaxation, a brief escape from the hustle of daily life, and a chance to recharge their body and mind. This is a 'come as you are' invitation. No yoga experience is required! Just come prepared to get on your mat and back up again without assistance.
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga mat and water bottle.
- All props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own bolster, cushion, or blanket for added comfort.
- Dress in comfortable clothes suitable for the weather.
Additional Information:
- Light Refreshments will be provided post-practice.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in before we begin.
