Join Rose, an experienced yoga teacher and sound healer, for a rejuvenating 2-hour journey of restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation, enhanced by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls.

Session Details:

You'll be guided into various restorative yoga poses, supported by props and your breath. Each position is held for 10-15 minutes, allowing you to deeply relax. Your final savasana will be complemented by a calming sound bath.

Who Is This Session For?

This session is ideal for anyone seeking complete release and relaxation, a brief escape from the hustle of daily life, and a chance to recharge their body and mind. No yoga experience is required! Just come prepared to get on your mat and back up again.

What to Bring:

Your own yoga mat and water bottle.
All props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own bolster, cushion, or blanket for added comfort.
Dress in comfortable clothes suitable for the weather.

Light Refreshments will be provided post-practice.
