Event description
Michelle brings her 20 years experience with yoga and energy work and as a specialist in guiding highly sensitive people and empaths This class is  gentle, slow , floor based  practice using supportive bolsters, straps and blocks. These classes include use of essential oils, breathwork, somatic nervous system practices, guided meditation, chakra awareness and sound healing.Â
You will also be guided each week on setting intentions, empowerment and creative manifestation.
What you can expect to experience each week:
 Restorative Yoga is deeply relaxing, a beautiful way to move, deeply stretch, release heaviness and clear blockages in your emotional body  Â
 Arrive feeling overwhelmed, in your head, over-busy and leave grounded, centered and present
 Release body aches and pains, and build strength and awareness
 Leave feeling lighter and more energised
 Clear your mind, activate your endorphins and get motivated
This is a safe, warm friendly space to explore your own relationship with yoga, your body and the like minded others who join us. Everything is provided, just come along wearing comfortable, flexible clothing.
Meet your teacher:
Michelle Mullins is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and has been in consistent regular practice for 20 years. After becoming a mother 17 years ago and battling with fatigue and injury, this led her to move from the more intense, fast paced, physical forms of yoga towards a more gentle, slow and supported practice, aimed at lengthening the body, connecting to the heart, higher self  and breath and releasing  tension allowing your lifeforce to return with clarity and balance.
