Every third Thursday of the month I am hosting a 90 minute Restorative Yoga Class. This is a wonderful way to reset your Nervous System and slow down, it is an opportunity to really tune into your body.

"Restorative Yoga is a passive form of asana sequencing that includes floor based postures and props to support the body. It is considered an ideal balance to a hectic and stressful modern lifestyle."

Our March Restorative class is on Thursday 16th May at 6:15 pm for 90 minutes. Classes are limited to 4 participants so I can assist with individual adjustments with props and positioning to ensure there are no biomechanical stresses resulting in the ability to truly feel and settle into the Asana.
