Join Suzy for 2 hours of nourishing restorative yoga, exploring deeper levels of relaxation, gradually letting go and resting into the support of comfortable props.
The studio will be a haven of cooling cotton blankets, glowing candles and calming aromas.
We welcome the opening of the summer season with a delicious, joyful practice. Using yoga props like yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters we effortlessly relax into supported poses for a longer duration. This allows us to welcome a meditative state of mind - especially welcome as the holiday season approaches.
Your yoga teacher Suzy specialises in calming yoga at a slower pace, bringing reflection and internal awareness into every pose. Restorative yoga invokes a deeper sense of relaxation and is known to reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress.
Southern Yoga and Health is situated right next to Moorabbin Train Station on the Frankston line. Parking is also available. Accessibility: there is a flight of stairs to enter the studio. All equipment is provided - just wear comfortable gear.
