A Grounding Restorative Yoga practice for every body at the Lovelight Temple in Margate.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, calming style of yoga that uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in restful, comfortable poses.

It’s about letting go and deeply relaxing.

You stay in each pose for longer duration allowing the nervous system to shift into a state of healing and rest whilst supported by props.
