This Spring, join us for a nourishing morning dedicated to renewal, self-care and stepping into the new season feeling fresh and revitalised.

Saturday 24 October | 9:00am–12:30pm

As Winter gives way to Spring, it’s the perfect time to clear out the cobwebs, awaken the body and create space for new energy.

We’ll move, release, restore and indulge in some beautiful seasonal rituals:

🌿 Seasonal Yoga
A Spring inspired practice to awaken the body, get your energy moving and support the natural process to support detoxification.

✨ Myofascial Release
Using therapy balls and self massage techniques, we’ll work into deeper layers of tension and tightness, creating more freedom, softness and ease in the body.

🌸 Gua Sha Ritual
A beautiful self-care practice for the face and body, exploring techniques to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow and leave you feeling refreshed and radiant. You’ll receive your own gua sha tool to take home and continue the ritual.

☕ Spring Morning Tea
A delicious pause to nourish, connect and enjoy the simple pleasure of being together.

🎁 A little something to take home
You’ll also receive a beautiful gift from Wanderlust, designed to support healthy digestion and nourish you from within.

My intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, clearer, softer and sparkling, with renewed energy and a little more space for what this new season has to offer.

A morning to move, release, nourish and reconnect.

Come and welcome Spring with me. 🌸

Limited to 10 participants.
