Rhythm of Sound is a collective of Sydney based Sound Healers and musicians from all around the World.

The unique offerings of each artist are layered together beautifully to take you on a deep inner journey, where the vibrations of sound awaken a deeper connection to your spirit and support the release of what no longer serves you.

Our offerings are shared directly from our hearts to yours, working with a variety of organic instruments and ancient sound techniques to weave a story of true remembrance of our connection to the Earth and All That Is.

Using gentle breath, we will create a deeply healing space to set your intentions for the evening, where you will experience heart expansion, increased clarity and navigation into your inner world.

We then invite you to integrate the deep space explored with a guided meditation into a deeply relaxed theta state, before embarking on a transformative journey that includes a mix of channeled voice medicine, traditional Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, medicine drumming and other healing instruments. To deepen the experience, we will move around the room with the various instruments to deliver a personalised, high vibrational sound bath experience to all participants.

Sound Healing is a vibrational medicine involving the use of certain 'tools' to create specific frequencies that help healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The sounds will entrain the brainwaves to drop into very relaxed theta and alpha states. The healing benefits are vast: reduced anxiety and depression, releasing trauma, feelings of wellbeing, reduced pain, increased relaxation, aiding in the healing of illness/disease, heightened creativity and strengthening the immune system, to name a few.

* Yoga Mat to lay on

* Blanket to keep warm

* Pillow (some small pillows will be available)

* Water to keep hydrated

* Optional: Eye mask, journal, warm socks
