If you're like me and are the parent of a challenging child (any sort of challenge - neuro diverse, ADHD, autism, sensory issues, gifted, etc... so many labels!) you can often feel like a complete failure and like ur doing everything wrong. Or like no one else really understands where you're at. It can seem so overwhelming and isolating, especially as a solo parent.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE MUMMA!

I designed these Circles so that mum's can talk freely in a safe, non-judgemental space where we can support each other and be heard, seen and lifted. Each Circle we focus on the 7 major chakras starting at the root and delving into the different aspects of them, aswell as looking at ways to calm our own nervous system, rippling that out to our kids.

As mum's, we're always trying to balance everything, and putting kids first, whilst trying to make time for self care too! More than ever, us mum's are needing sisterhood and to know that we're not alone.

There will be delicious heart opening cacao, sound meditations, Kinesiology techniques, essential oils, Oracle cards and a meeting of like-minded new friends. Something different at each one 💥

You do not have to attend all 7 Circles but if u do, u will obviously benefit greatly. However there is no prerequisite. Each Circle will be hugely beneficial, no matter when u come in.
