This theme is all about connecting to our inner knowing and values so that we can speak our truth and embrace our souls path, seeing us authentically our fullest expression of who we are.
During this ceremony, we will use the nourishing power of cacao and the soothing vibrations of sound to help us reconnect with our inner selves and find our trust expression. Through guided meditations, intention-setting, and communal sharing, we will tap into the grounding energy of the moon and explore the depths of our expression and the beliefs that shape our lives. The sound journey will provide a space for healing and growth, helping us to release any negative thoughts and cultivate a sense of self-love and respect. This ceremony is a call to all those who seek to live a life filled with self-worth and inner peace, embracing the unique qualities that make us who we are.

What is Cacao?
Cacao, also known as Theobroma Cacao which literally translates to “Food of the Gods” is a plant that has been considered Sacred for thousands of years. Traditionally used in Sacred Ceremonies as a bridge to connect with the spiritual realm, Cacao is known for its heart-opening properties and its ability to deepen our connection with self, spirit, and nature. Today, it is commonly used as a tool for meditation, healing, and self-discovery. The origins of Cacao traces back to the Amazon Basin, where the Ashaninka people have been cultivating Cacao for generations. We are deeply grateful to be able to share this Sacred medicine with the world.
What is Blue Lily?
Blue Lily, also known as Nymphaea Caerulea, is a sacred flower that has been held in high regard for thousands of years. Its name originates from the Ancient Egyptians, who regarded the flower as a symbol of the universe, rebirth and creation. The flower was featured on the pillars and pyramids of Ancient Egypt, and has been used for its euphoric-inducing effects for centuries. The Blue Lily is believed to possess potent healing properties that can help calm the mind and soothe the nervous system, and is also known for its ability to activate the third eye - a gateway to higher consciousness and spiritual awareness.
What is a Sound Journey?
A sound journey is a meditative experience that uses sound as the primary focus for relaxation, healing, and self-discovery. It typically involves lying down comfortably in a quiet and darkened space while various instruments and sounds are played, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other instruments. The sound vibrations and frequencies can help to release tension, reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and promote a sense of inner peace and harmony.
