Through the power of SACRED RAGE ritual dance you will be invited to step into your Wildwoman/Wildman archetype release the suppressed or overreactive heavy emotions built up in your system. So, we can establish a healthy relationship with the guiding force of anger and rage.

Do you sense a destructive, explosive pent up energy inside you? A desire to rage against individual and collective experiences of suppression, injustice, mistreatment and violence?
What about the rage we direct at ourselves when we allow our personal boundaries to be violated?

Our culture there is so much toxic expression of anger therefore any expression of anger shamed and get suppressed, yet when we disconnect from our rage, we disconnect from our higher truth, deeper love and connection and our fire and passion for life.

In this ritual dance, you will be given guidance, tools and permission to release these energies in a safe way, so you can transmute them into passion and power in action. From there we find deeper somatic feeling of inner freedom, Radical Self responsibility and gain deeper self knowledge around Self protection and honouring our or other's boundary.

What to expect:

Selenge will guide to slow primal flow yoga stretches to help you loosen up muscles, get the blood flow going, once we feel open stretched we will slowly move into Sacred rage section where we invite our full expression of Wild Women/men. Dance section will be lightly guided- Beautiful and powerful body mind spirit altering music and tunes- safe, non judgemental, nurturing environment to express what's true for you- allow yourself feel ecstatic, expect to feel raw, emotional, clear pent up energy- most of all feel the joy and fun of being with a community- everything is welcome, come as you are - Tired exhausted, angry and lonely come as you are and shift your energy.
