Safe Futures - Family & Domestic Violence Primary Prevention Training
A culturally responsive primary prevention initiative supporting CaLD and/or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to prevent family & domestic violence by inspiring change.
Organisations and professionals working with or supporting CaLD and/or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are invited to participate in this training.
This program is designed to:
raise awareness of the key drivers of violence against women through an inclusive & strength-based approach
promote gender equality and human rights in a culturally respectful manner
empower individuals & organisations to take practical steps towards promoting gender equality through insights gained and the educational tools offered
Format & cost: This is a cost-free 4-hour in-person training session. Light lunch provided.
Parking is available at the venue.
