safeTALK Training Suicide Awareness - Language Supported Session
Event description
SafeTALK is a half-day training program designed to help individuals recognise the signs of suicide and connect people with thoughts of suicide to life-saving resources. Learn to make a difference in your community by starting conversations that matter.
This session is free, Light lunch, training materials and certificates provided.
Who Should Attend:
Age 15-25 Multicultural Youth
Those who need language support
Wants to become more suicide-alert.
What You’ll Learn:
Identify invitations for help.
Learn how to ask directly about suicide.
Connect someone at risk to the appropriate resources.
Why Attend?
