Description

Welcome to Wilu Sound in the Bell Tent :)

Life can be busy.. we juggle so many plates.. we care for others.. often running on adrenaline and exhaustion..

All of this comes at a cost to our own health and wellbeing!

As women, we aren't always good at prioritising ourselves.. but our selfcare needs to be maintained and sustained so that we may continue to juggle those plates.

When our cup is full, we can give the overflow to others!

One of the best ways to restore energetic equilibrium is through sound healing ❤️‍🩹

Sound healing offers a deeply restorative form of self-care by using soothing vibrations and tones. As the layered sounds wash over you, they help quiet mental chatter, reduce stress, and encourage a meditative state without requiring effort or experience. Many people find that this immersive experience supports emotional release, improves sleep, and enhances overall well-being.

By creating space to simply rest and receive, sound healing becomes a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with ourselves and help restore energetic balance.

Never been to a group sound session before? No problem

First, you’re invited to kick off your shoes, shut down your electronics, and in your comfy clothes, lie down on the mat, popping the bolster under your knees (provided) with your blanket and eye masks (you bring), in any position that’s comfy (back or side).

After a brief mindful grounding meditation, the sound bath will begin.

Using a mix of instruments including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, gong, rainmakers - the sound is employed to create a deep energetic resonance within your physical body - as well as your energetic biofield.

Sound Healing has been present in cultures for thousands of years. The benefits of sound and resonance on human cells are scientifically documented (quantum physics) - as much as it is an alternate form of healing and well-being.

This bell tent is situated in Quinns Rocks. It holds 8 comfortably and is a fun, bespoke and intimate setting, perfect for nervous systems in need of space and calm. (Prettier when dark and sparkling with lights )

After the session, oracle cards, light snacks, refreshments and herbals teas will be on offer.
