Get ready to unwind with an hour of sound in a Magical Bell Tent in Quinns Rocks !

With the full moon on June 11, it's the perfect time to reflect, release and reset. The full moon in June is regarded as the 'Strawberry Moon' - and falls in the sign of Sagittarius.

Using instruments including crystal and tibetan bowls, chimes, gong with a mix of nature sounds - let the sound waves vibrate through your body, shifting stuck energies and inviting deep cellular resonance in your physical and energetic field. This sound symphony is intended to create an energetic balance in your body and chakra alignment, inducing a deep meditative state and inviting deep relaxation. (..Some people fall asleep.. and that is absolutely ok! :) )

Groups are capped at 8 people so each person can experience the sound as an intimate exchange with maximum benefit.
