In Session 6 of our Spring/Summer term, Suzana will present an interactive development style workshop with a focus around the energy system.

This session will introduce the fundamentals of energy work: how to sense your energy, stay attuned to it, and protect it. In collaboration with Gifts of Healing and sound healing, we’ll create a serene atmosphere where you can receive gentle energy rebalancing. Suzana’s motto is “change your energy – change your outcome,” and with her extensive experience as a one-on-one Reiki healer, she brings both psychological and spiritual perspectives to wellness.

As a volunteer with MOWANA and with a background in counselling, Suzana offers a holistic, collaborative approach. She will guide you in creating a mindful connection in the present moment, something you can carry into daily life. Her goal is to help participants expand their perspectives and connect with all parts of themselves in acceptance and love.

Come with an open heart and mind, and be sure to bring a yoga mat, a pillow, and your unique presence!
